In less than two decades the company grew to a staff of about 20 people operating out of its Milltown, Wisconsin office.2 The company was named in Inc. Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Company in the USA” list three times (2008, 2009, and 2011).3

Flooring also includes dog floors, horse stall mats, garage floor tiles, decking tiles, basement flooring, industrial flooring, artificial turf, and other applications.4

The company believes in environmental responsibility to provide sustainable product options with materials from recycled tires and plastic bottles. Many of their products are eco-friendly made from recycled rubber material or recycled PVC material. They also offer recycled plastic flooring and cork flooring. Their commitment to the environment includes the installation of solar panels at their facility that generates all of its needed electricity.5

Their website offers a Buyers Guide for each type of flooring product that includes helpful information to guide customers through the process of selecting and maintaining the right surface for their needs with a large collection of blogs, videos, installation and maintenance instructions, options and ideas, and past customers’ use of the products.6 Their helpful content often compares numerous flooring styles used within a given industry as to materials, size and thickness, hardness, surface textures, and installation design.7
